The location is reasonable, and staff is exceptionally kind. Very close to a bus stop, within walking distance of the shops and a supermarket.

Attractive and competitive value for money, welcoming service offered. Room was good sized as expected. Thanks again to receptionist, you rock! Our accommodation was set in a central location. Moreover, a 13.5 - hectare zoo was 10 minutes' walk away👍😃

Planned to see Puerto de la Cruz major attractions and it was best base for visiting all of them. The location was PEACEFUL, within walking distance of all interests. We loved this hotel.
